CWJ Mentoring Scheme for Aspiring Lawyers from Black, Asian and Minoritised Backgrounds - Mentor Application Form

Our mentoring scheme is informal and very flexible. Any solicitor or barrister is eligible to apply. The mentoring that you would offer could be for just an hour or so every two weeks or quite possibly even less, and we believe that mentoring is equally rewarding to the mentor and to the mentee.

We ask that mentors who volunteer for the scheme are able to provide guidance to their mentee for up to 12 months in order to help them through the training contract/pupillage process, and have the capacity to hold at least four sessions (remote or in person) over the course of the year. Further details can be found in our Mentoring Policy and Procedure here
