The Times Lawyer of the Week

Harriet Wistrich, a solicitor at Birnberg Peirce and founder of the Centre for Women’s Justice, acted for two victims in the landmark judicial review of the Parole Board’s decision to release the black cab rapist John Worboys in the High Court. The three judges ruled that the decision be quashed and that the rule preventing the board’s decisions being made public was unlawful.
